By downloading, installing, or using TalQR ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

TalQR is a content creation tool that discovers trending topics and generates short-form video scripts using artificial intelligence. The App also provides a teleprompter and recording feature to help you create video content.
You must be at least 13 to use TalQR. Thirteen is the age of consent for information society services under UK data protection law. When you first set up the App you are asked to confirm you are 13 or over, and you cannot continue without confirming. That is a self declaration rather than verified proof of age, so the App Store's and Google Play's own age ratings apply as well. If you are under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before you subscribe.
You do not need an account to use TalQR. You can generate scripts and record as a guest, and what you make stays on your device. Creating an account keeps your scripts, streak and settings if you change or reset your phone. If you do create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for giving us accurate information.
TalQR offers a free tier with limited daily script generation. The Pro tier removes the daily limit. Subscription pricing and terms are displayed in the App before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies.
Scripts generated by TalQR are provided as suggestions. You own the content you create using the App, including recorded videos and modified scripts. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
Scripts are generated using AI and may contain inaccuracies. You should review and verify all generated content before publishing. TalQR is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or consequences of AI-generated scripts.
If a script comes back offensive, harmful or otherwise wrong, report it. Open the script, tap the options button, then Report this script. A person reads every report. You can also email support@talqr.app.

TalQR does not display third-party advertisements.
TalQR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings, using the Delete Account button. If you cannot access the App, email support@talqr.app and we will delete it for you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
