1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using TalQR ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who We Are

TalQR is operated by NINE BY SIXTEEN LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16391278, registered office Suite Ra01, 195-197 Woodhouse Road, London, England, N12 9AY. Contact us at support@talqr.app.

3. Description of Service

TalQR is a content creation tool that discovers trending topics and generates short-form video scripts using artificial intelligence. The App also provides a teleprompter and recording feature to help you create video content.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use TalQR, including as a guest. Our AI services are for adults. Before using the App, you must confirm that you are 18 or older. This is a self declaration, not verified proof of age. The App Store and Google Play age ratings also apply.

5. Accounts

You can try TalQR as a guest. Guest scripts and preferences are kept on your device, but generating a script still sends your input to our servers and AI providers, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Creating an account lets you keep saved scripts and profile details across devices. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate account information.

6. Free and Pro Tiers

TalQR offers a free tier with limited daily script generation. The Pro tier removes the daily limit. Subscription pricing and terms are displayed in the App before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective refund policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Manage or cancel renewals in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Deleting TalQR or your account does not cancel a store subscription.

7. Content Ownership

Scripts generated by TalQR are provided as suggestions. You own the content you create using the App, including recorded videos and modified scripts. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

8. AI-Generated Content

Scripts are generated using AI and may contain inaccuracies. You should review and verify all generated content before publishing. TalQR is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or consequences of AI-generated scripts.

If a script comes back offensive, harmful or otherwise wrong, report it. Open the script, tap the options button, then Report this script. A person reads every report. You can also email support@talqr.app.

TalQR does not display third-party advertisements.

11. Limitation of Liability

We will provide TalQR with reasonable care and skill. AI suggestions can be wrong, and we do not promise views, followers, income or uninterrupted access. You should check scripts before publishing. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings, using the Delete Account button. If you cannot access the App, email support@talqr.app and we will delete it for you.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the App.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live, or your right to bring a claim in the courts available to you under those laws.
